Suffers from an increasing common disease called gamomania. Symptoms include loss of reality, forgetfulness, twitchy fingers, dementia and can usually be heard mocking Infinium Labs Phantom console. This patient suffers from a particular nasty form of gamomania, dubbed snake-itus.
 
The patient believes himself to be SOLID SNAKE and will act in accordance with the character seen in the videogame METAL GEAR SOLID. For your own safety do not approach this person, his mental well-being could inflict harm on yourself and those around you. If contact is unavoidable, bribe him with a dog tag then leave by the quickest possible route.
 
WARNING: Jingling your dog tag will only encourage his desire to shoot you with his G-CON45 pistol (or failing this whack you over the head with it), so don't patronize him in any shape or form.
